Island information,
in real time.
Caribbean Digital designs and publishes community apps for the French Caribbean. Its first product, Pulse, launches in Saint Barthélemy in September 2026 — then island after island, along the Caribbean arc.
The company
An independent house,
based in Saint Barthélemy.
Caribbean Digital is an independent company based in Saint Barthélemy. We build digital products for the places we know first-hand: the French Caribbean — its roads, its beaches, its shops, its rhythms.
Our conviction is simple: the most useful local information is the kind the community itself produces, carefully structured and delivered in real time. We build the tools that make this possible — sober, reliable, and designed from within the islands.

application publishing
Pulse. The island's status, live.
A community app that gives you the island's pulse at any moment: traffic, beaches, how busy places are. Powered by the people who live there — through structured reports you can read at a glance.
Traffic & incidents
Road conditions in real time: slowdowns, roadworks, closures — reported on the spot, pinned to the exact stretch of road, and expiring on their own.
Beaches & conditions
Sargassum, swell, wind: the real conditions of every beach, updated by the community before you hit the road.
Crowd levels
Supermarkets, public services, shops: know before you go whether it's crowded, whether the shelves are stocked, and how long to expect.
Rollout
The Caribbean arc,
island by island.
Pulse opens in Saint Barthélemy, then moves up the arc of the Lesser Antilles — each island will have its own app and its own community.

Our approach
Three principles, kept.
Locally rooted
Our products are born on the islands and built with the people who live there. Each island has its own app, its own catalogue, its own community — nothing is generic.
Careful with your data
Data is hosted in the European Union, contributions are structured rather than chatty, and your personal data is never sold or shared. GDPR isn't a constraint: it's the spec.
Community-powered
The information comes from the people who live the island every day. Our role is to structure it, make it reliable and deliver it — not to replace it.
